How to develop in your job and grow your career
Reflect on yourself and the place you occupy within your organization. What is your next step? Have you consciously chosen this path or has it come your way? Have you been asked for your current position? How can you consciously make a choice for your future? Ask yourself questions like: What do I really want? Who am I as a professional and as a person? Where do I want to go from here? What gives me satisfaction? How do I want to be seen? In the coaching you’ll get clearer about what your added value is in this world. We’ll work in a practical and clear way, by making use of reflective and investigative questions and realistic dreaming.

Together with our experienced career advisors/coaches you will look at your:

  • talents, qualities and competencies
  • ambitions
  • values.

Whether you want to work on creating a modern C.V., a new or updated Linkedin profile, or be assessed through behavioural analysis or professional test – all of these are possible. The goal is to present yourself professionally and confidently, and thus increase your chances of a new job or improve your performance in your current position.

Result

Our career coaching provides you with a realistic picture of your options, qualities, competencies and impossibilities. You learn how to build and deploy your network. You’ll get clear on your next steps, and what you want to develop in regards to education and personal development. And are you in possession of a digital foundation in which your social media finds a place?

Topics

  • Your past. Where do you come from: your previous jobs, education but also your family and the place where you grew up. How did you become who you are now? Together we’ll identify patterns in your personal past that have brought you to where you are now. Which patterns and choices have been helpful? Which ones hold you back?
  • Your present: getting clear on your values. What’s important for you in your work and daily life? What matches your norms and values? What clashes with them? Are you living your values now? And are they yours, or maybe someone elses?
  • Behavioural analysis: through a DISC behavioural analysis you learn more about who you are. Are you more task or relationship oriented? More introverted or extroverted, intuitive or rational? A doer or a thinker/analyst?
  • Your future: What do you dream of? What genuinely interests and inspires you? Can you visualize your ambitions? How would you prefer to create and organize your future?
  • Action plan: what steps do you have to take? How are you going to achieve the goal? Which connections and network opportunities are available to you? You’ll step away with a clear action you’ll be motivated to work on.

Time investment

Coaching for career orientation takes approximately 7 sessions. Standard is 1.5 hours per coaching session, with about two weeks in between. Since coaching is always tailor-made, we can adjust these arrangements to your needs.
