We aim to make our development programs the essential catalyst for professionals to develop new behavior in their work and life. They learn how they can share (open and sometimes vulnerable) what is really going on in everyone, to create a safe working environment and effective collaboration.
Our Mission (what we stand for)
We focus on the chosen learning objective, confront, acknowledge, reward new and ongoing effective behavior and encourage participants to enter their stretch zone. We provide learning in a safe setting, always in a respectful way, and stimulating real and lasting changes.

Our trainers are continuously learning and developing, in order to provide the best learning experiences for our clients. They enthusiastically transfer their newly acquired knowledge to the participants, and help them develop their skills even further.

Provide added value
We encourage the participants to take immediate steps to practice their new skills frequently. It takes 40 days for our brain to get used to a new skill. Active experimenting in the workplace is needed until the new behavior feels personal and authentic.

Self-development requires courage, something that every human being is born with to some degree. We guide and encourage participants to let go of the comfortable behavior they know, and to opt for the new behavior instead – even when it feels awkward at first.
Responsability
This means that the participant/coachee is in charge of his/her own development process. Self-selected learning objectives are the starting point for our work together. We activate the participant, but respect boundaries.
